Dom's adventure in the Cyclades - Part 2

On the Sunday following the Wooden Boat Festival we took things a bit easy for a while. We met up with P&S's friend Pedro and Phil in a bay just to the north and recovered from the big party. The next day we sailed over to Finikas on Siros and went for a nice meal out. Great Octopus, Kebab, Salad and wine!

Then we got the big kite sail out and wafted off to Loutra a bay in the north of Kythnos.

Sara and I went for a nice long walk to explore the area and found a local hot spring which runs down to the beach. We also found the bakery! Then off to Agios Stefanos, east Kythnos where we went snorkelling on a couple of wrecks and made a support to stabilise the chunky radar display.

Thursday and a great sail south to Livadi on Serifos where we moored at the quay and went for a meal out and cocktails at the yacht bar.

We had a healthy hike up to the Chora in the hills the next day and then off south to Vathy on Sifnos.

And then to Adamantas on Milos where we went out to a fancy fish restaurant, The Seafood Experience.

On Sunday we got the kayak out for a paddle and then took a taxi up to the Plaka Castle area and sunset at Utopia Caffe bar.

After which it was already time to wave goodbye to Phil and Sara and catch the fast ferry to Athens for a final day of sightseeing.

Thanks for an amazing time P&S! Loads of love and keep safe xx
